Systems Analyst Description

Apply System Analysis and design techniques to complex computer systems. Schedule and review all life-cycle support functions associated with the design of complex information system projects. Design programs using flow charts, data flow diagrams, and or pseudo code. Use complex meters to assess programs and recommend improvements. Assess operating systems performance. Use relational theory to assess normality of databases and recommend improvements. Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for complex information systems.

Provide customer relations and project management and proposal development support. Manage workflow and work control for projects.

Prior experience with proposal evaluation and/or government procurement processes.

Laborer Description

Duties will include moving desks, tables, chairs, credenzas, computers and other office furniture and equipment. Must be able to work in a team environment and follow verbal directions. Since this position requires a background investigation, only those persons without criminal history and who possess a clean credit record will qualify. Experience is preferred.
