protection systems. We oversee the operations and maintenance of building
plumbing, chilled water, domestic water, high-pressure steam, and
compressed air distribution systems. We have expertise that also maintains
elevators, material lifts, and handicapped lifts.

integrates Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMIS)
providing work reception, preventive maintenance scheduling, and real
property equipment inventory and data.
